Why choose us
Good events are the result of ordinary things done properly: clear scope, honest budgets, and a schedule everyone actually follows.
Every event runs from a single working schedule shared with you, the venue and each supplier — no conflicting versions.
Planning fees and third-party costs are itemized before anything is booked, and changes are confirmed in writing.
You work with the same lead planner from proposal through wrap-up, supported by an on-site team on the day.
We read venue and vendor terms alongside you so cancellation windows and overtime charges are never a surprise.
Load-in, rehearsal and service timings are built around the venue's actual access rules, not optimistic estimates.
During business hours we answer client messages the same day, and we stay reachable through your event date.

“The planning process was smooth and our corporate event was executed perfectly. The team was professional from start to finish.”
“Every question was answered the same day. On the wedding day itself we did not have to chase a single vendor — everything simply happened on time.”
“We were given a clear budget breakdown before anything was booked, and the final invoice matched it. That transparency is why we booked a second event.”
“Our launch had a tight load-in window. The production schedule they built kept the venue, AV crew and our marketing team on the same page.”
“They handled a 40-person milestone birthday with the same care I would expect for a much larger event. Guests kept asking who planned it.”
“Clear contracts, clear timelines, and a coordinator who stayed until the last crate was packed. Straightforward people to work with.”

Frequently asked questions
Anything not covered here? Call us or send an email and we'll answer directly.
For weddings and large corporate programs we recommend six to twelve months. Smaller private events and meetings can often be arranged in four to eight weeks, subject to venue and vendor availability.
We start with a free consultation call, then send a written proposal covering scope, timeline and budget. Once you approve it, we issue a service agreement and a deposit invoice. Planning begins as soon as both are returned.
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and ACH. Invoices are issued in US dollars and include an itemized breakdown of planning fees and third-party costs.
Yes. A deposit reserves your date and covers initial planning work. The remaining balance is scheduled in the service agreement, with the final payment typically due before the event date.
Guest counts, timings and design details can usually be adjusted during planning. Changes that affect signed vendor contracts may carry costs set by those vendors; we always confirm any cost impact in writing before proceeding.
Cancellation terms depend on how close the request is to the event date and which vendor commitments are already in place. Full details are set out on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page and in your service agreement.
Yes. Our published packages are starting points. Multi-day programs, hybrid events and unusual venues are quoted individually after a discovery call.
You are assigned a lead planner who stays with your event from proposal to wrap-up, supported by an on-site coordination team on the event day.
